INTERNATIONAL FLOW DAY IS COMING! (IAFD)
What does that mean?
A flow is designed by creator Mike Fitch.
Flow Jams are then held across the world with fellow AF instructors, students, and flow enthusiasts coming together to create the flow as a group.
Our Sydney IAFD Jam is Sunday, Aug 27th at Centennial Park.
The flow is set and it is a cracker indeed.
