Break free from the confines of your yoga mat or Barbell, and learn to create the movement shapes of Animal Flow®, allowing your body to move, play, flow, and GLOW!

WHAT IS THE EVENT?

A chance to experience a 90min Animal Flow session with a twist.

Open to all skill levels, to see what the Animal flow movement system has to offer you in a fun, friendly, and neon environment.

Be as bright as you like, wear white or neon, paint your body with neon paints on offer and meet some like-minded movers and groovers also looking for a fun alternate Sat night out.

WHO IS RUNNING THE EVENT?

Led by Sydney Regional Leader Nikki with 7 years of experience practicing and coaching the Animal Flow system. It's a way to tickle your fancy with how this type of practice can benefit you, no matter how you enjoy moving.

• Newbies for a chance to experience Animal Flow with  real-time coaching feedback
• On-Demand Subscribers for a chance to flow with others with real-time coaching feedback
• Fellow instructors, you know flowing with others is always more fun! Plus you may get to experience a move that wasn't in your latest L1 workshop. This year with a chance to showcase your skills and free flow in your glow attire while the room watches if you would like to participate.

• Light Snacks (it's a 2-hour event which may leave you hungry, you are welcome to snack throughout) Lollies will be supplied on the night and you are welcome to join us at the pub after for a feed.

Who am I?

Hi, I’m Nikki!

I’m 40, an ex-TV editor turned movement coach. Over the past 7 years of delving into a regular Animal Flow practice, I have helped unlock and strengthen my own body and many of my clients out of restriction and pain. Forget the sets and reps and linear movement patterns and really appreciate what your body is actually capable of.
