A chance to experience a 75min Animal Flow session with a twist. 

Open to all skill levels, a chance to see what the Animal flow movement system has to offer you in a fun, friendly, and neon environment.

Led by Sydney Regional Leader Nikki it's a chance to tickle your fancy with how this type of practice can benefit you, no matter how you enjoy moving.

Be as bright as you like, wear white or neon, paint your body with neon paints on offer and meet some like-minded movers and groovers also looking for a fun alternate Sat night out.

Class is suitable for ALL skill levels so whether you are a newbie, on-demand subscriber, or fellow instructor.

Hi, I’m Nikki!

I’m 39, an ex TV editor turned movement coach. Over the past 6 years of delving into a regular Animal Flow practice. 

I have helped unlock and strengthen my own body and many of my clients out of restriction and pain. I invite you to come along and take what resonates with you!
