About The Event
What is Animal Flow?
Its true intention is to
“Improve the communication, connection, and function of the Human-Animal”
But what does this actually mean - With hands and feet connected to the ground, figuring out the “movement shapes” being asked of you will mean you are being invited back into your own body and its capabilities. A chance to realize where you feel strong and confident and where some areas may need a little more attention either via mobility or strength.
To get the most out of this practice the June series is best done as a 4-week block. Allowing yourself to delve into the practice, learn the language and hone in on some skills with consistent weekly exposure to it and real-time coaching feedback.
Week 01 - Intro to Animal Flow FUN-damentals
Week 02 - Using Animal Flow to increase your mobility
Week 03 - Utilising Animal Flow for Strength and Endurance
Week 04 - Putting it all together and Breaking down an Intermediate Flow sequence.
Who is this Class for?
It is for you because you are looking at learning ways to Prime your body for the movement you enjoy.
It is for you because you spend so much time sitting at a desk that your hips and shoulders are crying out for some attention

It is for you because you are looking for a way to release a body that feels stiff, tight, and older than it actually is.
It is for you because you have taken a workshop or are a member of the on-demand channel and want to delve deeper into your practice with real-time coaching feedback.
It is for you because you are getting ready for your test out and want to experience real-time coaching feedback from a Sydney Regional Leader and how a class can be structured.
What will you learn in these 60 minutes?
Week 02 is Learning how to use your body to its full potential and gently ask it to open up as much as it can through its FULL range of motion at this time.
This class will focus primarily on our Form Specific Stretches Catagory of Animal Flow.
Learning how to gently coax more range out of your body and strengthen that new range as the class goes on.
Learn to control and strengthen the body in all ranges of angles.
