You may have heard of disco yoga, I invite you to the returning “GLOW FLOW” event.  

WHO IS THIS EVENT SUITABLE FOR?

 1. Newbies - for a chance to experience Animal Flow in real time with coaching feedback, no prior experience required 

2. On-Demand Subscribers for a chance to flow with others with real-time coaching feedback 

3. Fellow instructors you know flowing with others is always more fun (this year with a chance to showcase your skills and free flow in your glow attire while the room watches)
