About The Event
DRILLS BUILD SKILLS CLASS
Will focus on 2-3 movements at a deeper level than in a traditional beginner class.
Pre Requisite is you should understand the concept and positions of Static Beast and Crab, plus an under switch.
Class will involve
-Shorter Wrist mobilizations
- More in-depth activation sequences and traveling forms
