Experience the FUN-damentals of Animal Flow. Get introduced to the Animal Flow movement practice over 4 x 60min sessions across 4 weeks. A small group of 6 people, collectively building on movements each week to learn new skills and piece together a movement sequence by the end of the series!

In a small group of 6 people, I invite you to allow yourself to delve into the Animal Flow practice, learn the language, and hone in on some skills with consistent weekly exposure to it and real-time coaching feedback. Choose one timeslot only or choose both!
