Up to three times per week learn the new moves, terminology and meet some new people within a small group. The small group ensures no one will get left behind and all fitness levels are welcome.
Learn the basics to unlock your movement potential, then learn how it all seamlessly can be put together with unlimited sequences.
You will have access to a closed Facebook group where you can ask any further questions and have access to countless video content to recap and see your progress of what you have learned in class.
